Terms and Conditions

Goods are sold by Grakka Retail Limited, on behalf of, but a separate legal entity from Grakka Limited (Bradley Smoker UK), European distributors of Bradley Smoker products.

All goods shall remain the property of Bradley Smoker UK until such time as all monies payable have been received.

The dispatch of goods paid for by cheque will not take place until funds have cleared.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if insufficient stock is available and will reimburse your credit card with the full cost of your order.


Damaged goods
We will replace goods, which are damaged in transit. Unless otherwise specified (ie: we may dispatch a courier for the collection of larger items) such items should be returned by post or courier to:

You will be reimbursed with the cost of the return postage. Additional delivery costs will be free of charge.
Lost goods
If goods ordered are not received by the customer and deemed to be lost in transit or the shipment does not contain all the goods ordered, the customer should notify Grakka Retail Ltd within 7 days of placing their order for replacement goods to be sent. We will investigate lost packages with our courier partners. No claim for lost goods can be accepted outside this time limit.
Faulty goods
We operate a rapid replacement or no-quibble money-back guarantee for any products found to be faulty. Please first contact us by phone on 01803 229985 or by email to retail@bradleysmoker.co.uk so that arrangements can be made for products to be returned, wherever possible with their original packaging to:

Postage costs of the return of faulty goods will be reimbursed by us.



The right to cancel your order must be exercised on or before the seventh day following the day after the delivery of the goods. Customers wishing to exercise this right must notify us by email to retail@bradleysmoker.co.uk or in writing to:

As a condition of the right to cancel customers must arrange at their own expense the return of the goods in a saleable condition to the address above. The goods will be deemed returned when receipt is confirmed at the above address. Customers will be entitled to a full refund for the cost of the goods.

Any information, whether verbal or in writing, is for guidance only and is given in good faith but without warranty.

Any quoted delivery times are estimates only. Grakka Retail Limited shall accept no liability in relation to late delivery.
