Kamado Joe and the Chefs Forum


 

Yesterday we attended the Chefs Forum event at The Cornwall Hotel nr St Austell and although the weather was bad with bouts of torrential rain, spirits were high.  Head Chef Carl Milton served up fantastic venison cooked on the ‘Classic’ Kamado Joe which was the high point of the lunch with many of the chefs and trade representatives coming back for a second helping.  Many of those who viewed the Kamado Joe commented on its ease of use and great temperature control and even guest of the hotel took time out to look it over and ask questions.
