Food Rocks at Lyme Regis


WE HAD a great weekend at Food Rocks at Lyme Regis , where a fantastic array of specialist producers and suppliers not only exhibited their products but took part in very well attended food tastings, talks and ‘how to’ master classes.

Celebrated chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix and outdoor gourmet’s Graham Cuff gave a talk on the Bradley Smoker range and Mark explained with a practical demonstration how to both cure and smoke salmon and gave some very fine smoked salmon tasters to the audience, he even revealed that he has a Bradley smoker installed on the roof of Selfridges in London.
