A MEMORABLE evening for the Outdoor Gourmet team as we welcomed this week, guests from across South Devon, to our official Opening Party. We were thrilled with the response to our invitation to join us and Master Chef Peter Gorton, as he demonstrated some impressive barbecue techniques using our Kamado Joe ceramic grills, as well as the Bradley Smoker.
Guests representing pubs, restaurants, farm shops, cookery schools, local food producers and writers braved unseasonably low outdoor temperatures as Peter barbecued in front of the shop. Inside, guests mingled among the barbecues, ovens, accessories, and outdoor cooking accoutrements. Our collection of individual champagne buckets also attracted attention.
